After doing research for an electric bike, I found EBC and made the trip to their facility. Al did an excellent job explaining the options and also getting a bicycle ready for me to test ride. Once the purchase was complete and the bike was being assembled, Al went the extra mile of delivering the bike to my home and customizing/tuning it for my preferences. Also wanted to call out the efforts of Bryce and Nick, as they helped dial this bicycle in for me.

You of course have the option of purchasing an EBC bike online, but going in-person to meet the guys, seeing their shop, and understanding their capabilities for support was a much better option for me. Great group, highly recommend them.
